Sorry, no pets. In our building, only owners can have their pets. We love dogs and pets. You just can’t have them in our building or on the grounds.

No smoking in the unit, on the deck, near the pool, or on the grounds of Sound of the Sea. Not cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or vapes.

Condos have Homeowner’s Associations (HOAs), so they have rules. Here are a few:

• No events, parties, or large gatherings.

• Quiet Hours outside between 11 PM and 7 AM. We always have a nice mix of the old and young. Please don’t keep anyone awake by making a lot of noise on the deck late at night.

• The space under the building is not intended for storage. We recommend that you bring your chairs and umbrellas back to your car each night.

• Both pools are expected to be open from May 1 through October 1. Hours are 9 AM to 9 PM.

• Our recycling efforts failed since too many guests didn’t folow procedures. All trash, including recyclables, needs to be bagged and thrown in the dumpsters. When you walk in the direction of the tennis courts, turn left and continue across the parking lot. You’ll see a fenced-in area with dumpsters.

• This is our request, not an HOA rule. Please don’t move the TVs or the furniture.
