Check-In

  • Check-in is at 4 PM or later

  • For your initial entry into the Sound of the Sea Complex, Mike will need to buzz you in remotely. Please text Mike in advance to share your expected arrival time so that he can be ready for your call. Another text 10-15 minutes before you actually arrive will ensure that you don’t have any delays at the gate.

  • On certain occasions when Mike is unable to buzz guests in, a member of our property management team will meet you at the gate to assist with your initial entry. We will confirm those details before your check-in date.

  • After passing through the gate, follow the sign pointing to the left that says East Townhomes/North Villas.

  • Our unit is in the second building on the right. When facing the building from the parking lot, go one flight up the stairs on the right side of the building - we’re the first unit on the right: 104 North.

  • The lock to our condo has a keyless entry pad. Mike will confirm your keyless entry code before your arrival (it’s very likely to be the last four digits of your phone number). Touch the keypad first - the same way that you would touch the screen of an iPhone. When you remove your finger, you will be able to see the numbers clearly. Then key in your four digit code, click the check mark at the bottom right, and the door will unlock. Use the same steps when you’re leaving the condo to lock the door.

  • A gate pass can be found inside the unit when you arrive. Please keep the gate pass with you so that your next trips through the gate don’t require assistance. Also, deliveries during your stay are not possible since you are not able to buzz anyone in.

Check-Out

  • Leave the gate pass and parking passes on the counter.

  • Remove all food and personal belongings.

  • Take all trash to the dumpster (walk toward the tennis courts, turn left and you’ll see a fenced-in area on the other side of the parking lot).

  • Wash and put away all dishes, pots and pans that were used.

  • Wash and dry all sheets and towels. Please don’t make the bed - it’s best to leave sheets in the dryer (if you have more than one load, please fold towels and leave them on the dryer).

  • Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances.

  • Place remote controls near the TVs.

  • Close and lock doors.

  • Please turn the heat to 65 degrees in the winter; return the air conditioning to 73 degrees during warmer weather.
